“Porches to Go” – Modular Porches

Porches to Go is an innovative and inexpensive solution for adding outdoor covered porch space to manufactured homes.

Up until now, typically, if one desired a porch added to their manufactured home, a carpenter will construct an expensive “one off” porch of his, more often than not, questionable design, which would be sadly affixed to the home, and most certainly, unable to travel with the home, at a later date.

Porches to Go solves all of these expensive and ill constructed permanent porch “solutions” presently available.

Porches to Go are of proven modular design.  They are prefabricated off site, ‘are erected within hours at your home, cost less per square foot than on site built porches and because they have translucent roof panels – they will not darken the interior of the home, as present porches so do.

Unlike present porches, which are scabbed onto to your manufactured home degrading the integrity of the exterior envelop of your dwelling, And voids your homes’ warranty; Porches to Go are a free standing modular design and thus are able to easily travel with the home, whenever it might be moved or sold, at some later date.

This product is under development and is scheduled for availability in 2010.
