Arden Innovation’s Terms and Agreement with Retailers on our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

Retailers Exact Display of the 30 Day Exclusive Satisfation Guarantee (as supplied in the image or pdf available above) is a condition of this offer.

If the Hose Lift primary point of sale, on your website or otherwise, absolutely disallows space for the as-provided Guarantee image/artwork, you must display: “A 30 Day Exclusive Satisfaction Guarantee is offered on this product – click here for details…” with the link taking the customer to the Exact Display (as shown above) at a separate pop-up browser window.

Arden Innovations will not disclose the retailer’s customer information including names and addresses, nor use customer information to compete with the retailer on their product sales. See Arden Innovation’s Non-Disclosure & Non-Compete Agreement with Retailer, included as an integral part of this Satisfaction Guarantee.

Limited Warranty

Arden Innovations warrants that your Arden Innovations product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified below from the date of purchase by the initial consumer. This warranty is not transferable.

Product Limited Warranty Period
the CPAP Hose Lift 90 Days

Note:

If the product fails under conditions of normal use, Arden Innovations will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product or any of its components. This Limited Warranty does not cover:

a) any damage caused as a result of improper use, abuse, modification or alteration of the product;

b) repairs carried out by anyone that has not been expressly authorized by Arden Innovations to perform such repairs;

c) any damage due to cigarette, pipe, cigar or other smoking.

Warranty is void on product sold, or resold, outside the region of original purchase.

Warranty claims on defective product must be made in writing and product complete returned to Arden Innovations, by and at the expense of, the initial consumer, for Arden Innovations’ determination as to the product defectiveness, or otherwise.

This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some regions or states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Arden Innovations shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages claimed to have occurred as a result of the sale, installation or use of any Arden Innovations product. Some regions or states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from region to region.
